The acquisition agreements come about a week after the digital pharmacy finalized its purchase of another specialty pharmacy, Infusicare Canada, Inc.

The deal will cost the Canadian digital pharmacy C$1.85 million.

The partners aim to accelerate the discovery of novel anti-tubercular drug candidates.
